By accessing and using our CSV to JSON converter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Our Service is a free online tool that allows you to convert CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files to JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

You may use the Service to:

  • Convert CSV files to JSON for personal or commercial use
  • Use converted files in your projects
  • Integrate the Service into your workflows

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the Service (including code, design, texts, logos) are our property. The files you upload and convert remain your exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims, demands, damages, or losses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Service.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
